Meet Dr. Colby Gage

Dr. Colby Gage, a board-certified orthodontic specialist, brings a wealth of expertise to LevelUp Orthodontics. Dr. Gage received his dental degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine as part of the inaugural class. He then attended the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and received his certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Doctorate in Health Education.

With a commitment to going above and beyond for his patients, Dr. Gage strives to create personal connections and ensure that each individual receives the highest quality of care. He has dedicated himself to building LevelUp Orthodontics into a practice that surpasses expectations, delivering remarkable results and transforming smiles.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Gage is a dedicated husband and proud father of four energetic kids. He eagerly looks forward to meeting you and your family and LevelUp Your Smile!
